I did my Internship at the Schneider Electric Chennai plant. The plant primarily focused on manufacturing and testing of MCBs( Miniature Circuit Board). I was appointed to the maintenance team at the testing division. My responsibilities included assisting the team with machine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, data entry, etc. My notable learnings include gaining an in-depth understanding on maintaining Riveting machines and the mechanical and magnetic test benches. The overall experience gave me an understanding of the practical applications of Electrical Engineering and kindled my interest for the subject.
